Here is a list of what you can expect for our Move In and Move Out Cleaning Services
- A deep cleaning of your bathrooms, including hard to reach areas. We also clean grout and tile
- We clean the entire kitchen cleaning including the inside of your microwave and all cabinet interiors and exteriors
- We clean the inside and outside of your oven and refrigerator (see additional appliance cleaning options below)
- We clean the inside of all the cabinets and drawers
- All baseboards will be deep cleaned with a damp cloth
- All blinds will be cleaned with a damp microfiber towel
- All floors will be mopped with CDC approved house cleaning products and vacuumed with commercial grade HEPA-filtered vacuums
- All crews carry a double-length extension to clean hard to reach areas like ceiling fans
- For all glass doors, the glass and doorway are always cleaned
- We will clean all vent fronts and switch plates
- You will not see a single cobweb after we are done cleaning
- We will clean your laundry room including machine surfaces and the floor
To make sure we deliver an precise and thorough cleaning service, we ask that you help us by ensuring that we are the only company on-site while the move in or move out house cleaning is being performed. In addition, we ask that we have guaranteed access to the property. We also kindly request that both water and electricity are turned on. We also request that all cabinets and drawers are empty as your crew cannot clean them if they are full.
Prior to booking, you will be provided with a date and start and end time for final inspection.
