Terms and Conditions
1. WATER AND POWER TURNED ON
Please ensure that the water and power services are turned on.
2. GUARANTEED ACCESS
The customer agrees to provide guaranteed access so Dallas Sunrise Maids can begin cleaning upon arrival. We appreciate such access to be granted in the form of a lockbox, door code, or hidden key.
3. NO DIRECT COMMUNICATION WITH CLEANING CREWS UNTIL THE JOB HAS BEEN COMPLETED
Many of our teams speak little to no English. This is an important consideration when trying to deliver special instructions or feedback: Please communicate with us directly so we can make sure that any special instructions are delivered as intended.
In order to get the very best from our crews, we kindly request that you allow them to operate independently from direct monitoring.
We welcome feedback and participation during the final inspection so we can fine-tune and customize our service to our valued customer’s vision and meet any unmet expectations onsite and immediately. Please note above regarding language differences and communication protocols.
4. NO OTHER COMPANIES ON SITE WHILE CLEANING IS BEING PERFORMED
The customer agrees to not schedule Dallas Sunrise Maids, LLC in windows where other companies could potentially impede our progress. Moving companies, construction, painting, etc. can create a situation where we are not able to be fully productive. For this reason, we ask to be the only crews inside your property while we are cleaning
5. THE CLEANING JOB IS COMPLETED WITH FINAL INSPECTION PROCESS/DOCUMENT
Once the crew has completed the clean, they will present the customer with a final inspection form. Once the inspection is finished, the job will be considered completed. If the customer opts to skip the final inspection, the job is considered complete. The customer agrees that the billable rate begins, without refund, per hour worked. The customer agrees to voice any concerns as early as possible and both parties acknowledge that at any time the job can be terminated by either party if there is a discrepancy.
6. TRIP CHARGE
Customer agrees a trip charge of $50 if they fail to reach agreements regarding guaranteed access, utilities being turned on, and Dallas Sunrise Maids being the only crew on the site while cleaning.
7. PAYMENT DAY OF SERVICE
The customer agrees to pay with check, cash or any other approved payment method on the same day of service. The customer agrees that Dallas Sunrise Maids is a provider of services as contemplated by C.R.S §38-22-101 and accordingly may file a lien.
8. HOMEOWNER ONLY BOOKING
Only the owner or an authorized party of the home can book, pay, and inspect the job.
9. REASONABLE MARGIN OF ERROR
We ask our customers to understand that this is still a human business. And while we follow strict procedures regarding quality control and inspection, we ask for a small 1% margin of error to be granted.
*Per insurance guidelines, interior window cleaning consists of cleaning interior glass without opening windows or cleaning the window tracks.
*Per OSHA safety requirements, our crews will use a 2-foot step stool and clean as high as we can reach without risking injury.
*A note regarding blinds: Blinds (window coverings) can be very fragile and require regular cleaning. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to remove all built in dirt on blinds because of the risk of damaging them. We commit to a full dusting of blinds with a microfiber towel.
Attorney fees-In the event Dallas Sunrise Maids is required to hire an attorney to the enforcement of the terms above, or otherwise protect its rights according to law, then the customer is obligated to pay all attorney fees and costs incurred by Dallas Sunrise Maids in its enforcement. The customer agrees not to commit insurance fraud, online libel or harassment to Dallas Sunrise Maids representatives.
